Copyright Claims and Repeat Infringer Policy

Repeat Infringer Policy:

  6. A physical signature from the copyright owner.

If your content is removed due to copyright claim, you can file a counter-notification to request its restoration. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. A description of the removed material and its location where it appeared before being removed.
  3. A statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
  5. Confirm that you will accept legal service.

This process helps ensure copyright owners’ rights while allowing users to contest removals.
