Copyright Claims and Repeat Infringer Policy

Repeat Infringer Policy:
If we receive three valid copyright complaints about your content within six months, we will suspend your access to the website.

- Affirm that the information is accurate, signed under penalty of perjury.
- A physical signature from the copyright owner.
If your content is removed due to copyright claim, you can file a counter-notification to request its restoration. The counter-notification must include:
- Your signature.
- A description of the removed material and its location where it appeared before being removed.
- A statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
- Confirm that you will accept legal service.
This process helps ensure copyright owners’ rights while allowing users to contest removals.
